My third week of consumption post work out and it’s very pleasing how easy it is to drink. For me the hassle used to be having to dread washing out my shaker, but with this product it takes only a quick swill and away you go. No coating / residue that needs to be scrubbed. Muscles appear to recover quicker, and I will post another review on the results in 5 months time. .. attached picture is from February to April 2023. Fairly happy to buy again
