I suffer with dry eyes and occasionally it makes my vision blury.
I’ve tried optrex solutions and they didn’t work so I decided to splash out on the optase spray and within a week my vision was back to normal.
I just spray it onto my eyelids, if it doesn’t cover my whole eye I just wipe the excess around my eyelid and let it soak in, before I moisturise my face in the mornings.

I order this dry eye spray a few days ago and found it difficult to use, but re-read instructions and found you have to push the nozzle right down to dispense the spray nozzle. Now it’s easy to use and a great product for dry eyes.

Like many I suffer from severe dry eyes… When I drive my car on longer distances this can be unbearable. Using a spray during driving can bring some relief. This one is the only one that works as good as a spray can work. Because of the oil contents my tears do not evaporate so quickly. However, when you spray and open your eyes too quickly, it can burn a lot, but this goes away after a few minutes, and then it works.
Nothing beats eyedrops, but in the car this brings relief. What I like is that you get more in the bottle than usually. Also that it does not create drops on my face so much. The bottle is handy and will last long, also because of the long shelf life.
I recommend as the best dry eye spray I have used (and I used many of them).

I’ve tried lots of dry eye products & none of them have worked. What they did do though was finish up where they were supposed to go – on the eyelid for sprays or for drops, in the eye. Optase spray landed anywhere apart from the intended target. The awkward pump action took four or five goes to actually eject the spray. The spray is difficult to aim & is so wide most of it ends up on the forehead, nose & cheeks. If any lands on the lids it rarely runs down to its intended destination. Expensive for such a frustrating product. Cannot recommend.

This spray has solved my issue with dry eyes and it has also been great for the skin and fine lines around my eyes. It is very toning for the skin but doesn’t dry it out. I use it twice a day and it’s such a relief. The only negative is that I don’t think it lasts 300 sprays as advertised. However, I will continue to buy it and I really hope they don’t change anything about the recipe!

it works for me BUT is difficult to use on yourself i usually need 2 sprays per eye as you have no indication of the direction of spray you also need extra pressure to overcome the step before spray which can put your aim off need a different type of spray head so it can be used closer to your eye
