Didn’t work as well as you’d expect and you can’t keep using it all day. There’s a limit on how often you can use it daily. After one sniff in both nostrils the effects only last half a minute. To be effective you’d have to constantly keep sniffing it.

I suffer from sinusitis so my nose gets blocked. This is quite strong and sharp when using but the effect of it doesn’t last long, it’s not enough to open and allow me to breath easily but that instant short term effect does help a bit.

Handy to have two, one for upstairs and another for downstairs (or when I misplace it). Work really well, I always like to have one ready for blocked stuffy nose or sinus problems.

Its stuffy nose / colds time. I prefer the smell of these to Vicks.
