Started my days with these at a 4 day festival in 23-27°c heat and no shade. They work amazingly! Stayed hydrated and no signs of dehydration when usually I’d get a headache. I’m so impressed with these and would 100% recommend to festival goers!

I suffer from postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (PoTS). Hydration is key to keep me moving. I have one in the morning and really notice the difference in terms of energy levels compared to just water. This is my favourite flavour from ORS.

I’m not too keen on the flavour (prefer the orange one) but these do help for those on their feet all day! They are excellent value for money and provide optimum hydration!

Tasty lemon water. Good for workout.

This has a refreshing lemon flavour, a bit like lemon sherbet sweets (without the sour element); surprisingly sweet (contain both sugar and sweetener) but enjoyably palatable.
The tablets take forever to dissolve though; they’re much slower than any other electrolyte product I’ve used. You have to plan in advance – like 15 minutes in advance! The tablets also don’t have the groove down the middle but I suppose they’re easy enough to snap roughly in half if you want to change the dose. Ok overall – not too many ingredients and definitely more potassium and sodium orientated, if that’s what you need.

Now I don’t know if this has been a placebo effect or just plain coincidence but… for months now I have been suffering with extreme muscle fatigue in my legs & feet and also some tiredness!
I brought these as I thought they would give me energy.. I would say my energy has increased a little but something that I really was not expecting is that my muscle cramps seem to have almost gone… clearly I must have been dehydrated lol.
So yeah, these have actually been a god send to me! Don’t hesitate to buy, you won’t regret 😀
