I take these with me on all of my hiking trips. They taste delicious and I can definitely feel the difference when I use them. I find that they don’t fit into a standard water bottle without having to break them in half first which can be a bit of a pain when you have been on trail for a few days and don’t have the cleanest hands, but it is a small gripe.

I use these every day as they make water taste much better. There is a much better taste than flavoured water and they keep you hydrated much longer. Well worth the money.

I sugest the person that thinks they are crap, look at the instructions for use…get a 250ml or 500ml water bottle…mark off 200ml, then put water to the mark..put in fridge to chill..when needed add 2 tablets, wait a miniute…shake..hey presto..dissolved

Really does help with hydration

These definitely taste better than some other rehydration brands out there, but still not fantastic. I keep them in my bag when I travel in case of dehydration due to illness or excessive drinking. I can drink a glass before bed if I’ve been drinking and wake up hangover free.
