Tastes good, takes a little while to dissolve though. I use these for heavy workouts or in the sauna during or after and they make a difference in my opinion

Went out lastnight, popped 2 of these in a glass of water before drinking, 2 before bed after drinking and I woke up feeling FRESH. And I had 2 more after waking up just to top up. Can’t fault them. No better feeling than ZERO hangover after a night out. Highly recommend.

This has a refreshing lemon flavour, a bit like lemon sherbet sweets (without the sour element); surprisingly sweet (contain both sugar and sweetener) but enjoyably palatable.
The tablets take forever to dissolve though; they’re much slower than any other electrolyte product I’ve used. You have to plan in advance – like 15 minutes in advance! The tablets also don’t have the groove down the middle but I suppose they’re easy enough to snap roughly in half if you want to change the dose. Ok overall – not too many ingredients and definitely more potassium and sodium orientated, if that’s what you need.

Having bought these hydration tablets now more than once I recommend them to others as I’ve found them useful not just for walking rehydration but also in general everyday life.

This product provided a reasonable flavour for use in helping maintain good hydration while walking in warm climates ie away from home. Flavour isn’t as good a cordial but does the job when cordials are not available. I am sure there are purposely added ingredients to help with hydration.
