You only need to take 2, but I have taken up to 4 gummies because it doesn’t helps me to sleep, I wake up with headaches and tired. Not recommended.

I’m on strong antihistamines for sleep but that doesn’t make it restful. I thought I’d try these and they were perfect. Maybe I was just exhausted, but even then, I would have been a bit worse for wear.

Let me first say this is based on me and me alone. They may work entirely for you. I purchased these because I’d had another brand of gummies before and they greatly helped my deep sleep so I bought these as I couldn’t get the others again. They taste fantastic, however they do the opposite of what I want. They leave me with a very strange uneasy feeling. Although sleepy my brain is more active and I cannot drift off at all. I have tried this several times and with different amounts but same thing. I hope they work for you. The only way is to try.

Great little find always had trouble sleeping awake every hour but these I’m asleep for 5/6 hours have a brief wake up then back to sleep right away
