I liked the fact they came in a bag, less plastic.
I transferred them into a bottle I already had at home, the label peeled of easily so could be transferred to my own storage.
The tablets are easy to swollow

After finding out Magnesium is good for your joints,decided to give these a go. Can happily say they have made a difference for me personally. Don’t think it’s a guarantee they will work for everyone,but I have no complaints.

There is no information about which type of magnesium it is but I took it daily for a couple of weeks and had no improvement. I had to go back to using the oil. Maybe it doesn’t suit me. Apart from that, I have no complaints.
