This is the third bottle of these Digestive Enzymes that I’ve bought. Nothing else seems to stop my terrible acid indigestion, other than this product. That them prior to eating and they work wonders. I definitely swear by them.

I purchased this to ease poor digestion and bloating. I’ve been using this product for nearly 3 weeks now. I started off with 1 per meal and noticed some benefit. For the last couple of days I’ve been taking 2 with lunch and dinner and feel it’s the right dosage for me. So far it’s been really helping and has made intolerable food digest better, and reduce bloating. To early to say if it’s solved my digestive issues, but it’s the only brand I’ve tried (particularly because it’s plant based) and make sure I have it with each meal.
