Excellent that this contains soluble forms of calcium and magnesium. Not so good is the uneconomic pot size. At 4 capsules a day this will only last a bit over 3 weeks, and at 8 caps a day 11 days! Economies of scale eg. 240 caps would be more realistic for long term usage.
