Unfortunately, these tablets made me a little too drowsy for my liking even though I took them at night. However, I’m sensitive to a lot of medication so these just wasn’t for me.

found a bit hard to swallow.helped with restfull legs and helped me sleep

Seem to be good quality and I have noticed a difference in my sleep & leg cramps. The only downside is that these have to be the most difficult pills to swallow. They are large but it’s more the shape than that. I regularly take quite large pills but these catch in the back of the throat quite badly like I’ve not experienced before.
**Update – the pills are a little porous so have found holding them in the mouth with water for a second before swallowing really helps mitigate size & shape.

NOT as described!! They were advertised as capsules but when they arrived they were tablets!!!!
