The tablets have different recipe from the capsules, including pepsin, which has caused problems for me in the past. Since I already opened the packet, I’ll give it a try but I am concerned that it may not work as well as the capsules do for me.

I felt very well for 8 months or so after Cholecystectomy, but then began to feel ill after eating a higher fat meal initially, and then began to get acid reflux and an ache in my liver area after most meals. I now take one of these before my main meal, and feel no ill effects of the meal at all.
I will definitely buy regularly from now on.

I use Now enzymes daily, usually capsules but I have had the tablets in the past. These came today and I took one before main mail and had to spit it out immediately as it burned my tongue on contact. Thank God I didn’t swallow it. It’s getting sent back. Clearly something very wrong with it.
