Not sure if this specifically helped my brain fog, but took these as part of a lifestyle change process which seemed to help my concentration, memory etc. Don’t think you can say for sure that this product did the trick, but I certainly felt better after taking them.

I work from home, as most do these days, of course, but I work in education and staying alert and clear-headed is a must! With everything going on, it is easy, I found, to get into a state of mind haze, and these pills actually help with keeping yourself on track when it comes to how awake and in with the day you are. Been taking them for a few weeks now and not once did I feel deflated or depleated of my mental capacity, no matter how hard I work or little sleep I get….so…they do seem to work and are definitely worth a try!

These worked quite well. They lasted me a bit more than a month. Definitely kept me sharp and awake. Only bad thing is the capsules smell an taste like proper vegan friendly stuff! Lol. Not great. But bearable and worth the pros.

Got these as during lockdown I’m really struggling with mental energy as each day seems to be rolling into one. So thought I’d take a punt on these to give me a little boost.
After a week of taking them (3 a day, but you can take upto 6!), I felt a bit more refreshed than I did previously. Is this a placebo effect? I’m not so sure, no coincidence surely? It’s a shame they contain milk, as my vegan wife would love to try em.
A lot of natural remedies in the ingredients like ginseng, guarana, ginkgo leaf, green tea, caffeine, rosemary, cinnamon, curcumin and black pepper. Almost sounds like a spicy curry recipe! Included are vit B3, B5 and B12, zinc and folic acid. So these should add to mental, psychological, cognitive and metabolism wellbeing!
If this product continues to aid my mental wellbeing then it’s a marvel, so I’d recommend it vastly but the cost is quite steep for 60 capsules. Especially if you are taking 6 a day!

It comes neatly packed. Doesn’t have strong bad odour. I personally dodn’t see any effect.

These contain an array of nutrients which help to boost energy levels, improve brain function and support normal mental performance amounts other things.
The packaging is different to what is shown, it’s a solid slim package, a bit like a massive tictac box.
The pack and price shown would be very expensive to take as it only contains 10 capsules and you can take up to 6 a day, although I would recommend only taking 2 when in need of a boost.
I’m not sure they made a massive difference to my energy levels but I’ll continue to try them and update my review If I notice any improvements.

I have tried this brand of supplements before and my first issue is the packaging! I find it very clunky to use and as I usually dispense all of my vitamins in one go it’s a little annoying to get those capsules out of that tiny slot!
Onto the supplements themselves, they do have a slight smell to them and are a medium clear capsule around a medium size to what i’ve tried before.
They are fairly tasteless and do seem to help with fatigue but that may be due to the caffeine and B12 they contain (which are known for helping with fatigue)
The packaging recommends 2-6 capsules a day which seems like a lot! with only 60 capsules in the package they would last 10-30 days which does make them very expensive at £21.97.
I probably wouldn’t take them again but they did seem to help in the short term.
