They claim ‘micro tablets’ – no they are pretty normal sized
You have to take 4 a day, making the 120 last 30 days – they claim on the advert ‘up to 4 months supply’ this is VERY misleading as only counts for children

This is a reasonably priced supplement coming in at under £10. You are getting 120 tablets and if you stick to the recommended adult dosage of four tablets daily then this will last you one month. The tablets are small and very easy to swallow so even someone who doesn’t like taking supplements shouldn’t have too much of a problem.You get a long expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of purchase. I appreciate the fact that this is a vegan product as stated on the product Page.

I chose these for two reasons. Firstly I know magnesium helps with sleep issues and secondly as I get older I have noticed that memory is more of an issue.
I have a magnesium lotion that I apply at night and an oil I spray on my feet and these tiny pills will be the third side of my magnesium sleep triangle.
I have been taking them for two week now but I suspect it might take longer to make a noticeable difference.
They are tiny pills so very easy to swallow.
They suggest four pills a day which I have done for the first week and after the first week, I reduced this to two a day as I don’t like to overtake supplements.
These little pills not only supply magnesium citrate but also have Zinc Picolinate, Vitamin B6 which all work together to help cognitive and psychological functions.
Keep away from children as there is no child proof closure.
I am happy that these are made safely in the UK and are ffree of fillers.

I take Magnesium tablets daily for my general health and well-being and these small round tablets by NeuroActive also contain Vitamin B6, Zinc and Copper. I’d rather take one tablet than the four a day as recommended on the container but they’re small so are easy to swallow with water. They’ll last an adult a month if taken as recommended so the price is reasonable.
