Easy to have, taste isn’t that horrendous and gives me energy, if I stop using it I can really tell!

This helped immensely to my pregnant mrs. Prescribed iron tablets were causing her lots of stomach pains, also pharmacy mentioned nothing about importance of vitamin C that is crucial for absorption of Iron. This product contains iron and added vitamin C, so gone are stomach pains, and anemic state as well. My mrs kept taking 2 sachet in morning, and 2 in evening, for about 5 months, and her iron levels are now as it should be. Iron tablets did nothing for her, other than causing pain, pharmacy was helpful as a chocolate teapot. This product is well worth investing into, and price-wise I kept buying it in Tesco, where they always had offer buy 2 get 1 free, but when it wasn’t available, amazon had it in stock.

Buying in bulk saves a good amount of money, the flavour is strong enough to mask the taste of a vitamin, but not sickly. Has helped me to keep my iron levels up enough to function and I was recommended by a diabetic nurse that these would be suitable to use.

I have tried so many iron supplements over the years and disliked them all, this one is the best tasting and easiest to take than any of the others.
Literally tastes like apple juice, easy to take on the go or if you’re travelling.
I noticed a difference as soon as I started taking them, my hair loss has reduced significantly, I don’t have any more dizzy spells and I feel a lot less lethargic.

Have used this for years on and off specially during the winter when immune more low. Find this helps with fatigue and builds your immune. Easy to take and love that it’s already mixed with apple to help break it down. I like to store in the fridge (not sure if your meant to) buy its a reminder to take one everyday when you see it daily.

I have low iron so these are ideal to take at night, the apple taste is fine
