I like the pill version better that dissolved in mouth. Further before this glass is quite thin, when drops it’s broken to pieces.

Calming but not sure if worked!

Been using this for a while and it is amazing. Always struggled to sleep and stay asleep. My advice is take it 10 mins before bed
