the container is already small but it contains less than half of the powder, for the price it is very expensive, and I’ve been taking it for a few days and without effects. Sorry

It definitely made me sleep and I still feel a bit tired today. I have a nice stretchy feeling in my lower abdomen. I am using it as well as training so I except to see good results.
I think that with most of these product it’s about your current diet and activeness.

I have been taking this since the 22 of June the day it came every night not yet noticed any big weight loss changes yet I guess time will tell I also been taking dirt pills day time proper one plus 7 stinger three times a day two at a time will way myself 1st of 08 23 see. G if I lost weight I was 11 stone before I started I’m disabled so walking hard I use one of them small exercise bikes you can use at work or anywhere sauna suits and only eat small healthy things when or if hungry witch isn’t often. So hopefully all this works also use a belly wrap to all daily. I will see this does help with sleep because of my condition I’m in pain all the time and it help me sleep bit better just hope I lose the weight because it’s to much for my body to handle I have given 3 stars for the moment till I know all this works I hope it all does and all my efforts as nun of these things of cheep but doing all I can will review later time maybe next year when hopefully I’ll be back to my 8 stone and that’s my normal weight before in and out of hospital for two years because of my condition

First things first, yes I read the comments about the size of the tin in comparison to the amount of powder….the g’s where right, its just over the top packaging.
Secondly, the taste. Its just like generic red fruit taste with a hint of citrus…no strange fish or foot taste here (odd comments).
Thirdly, dose it work? Well it’s probably too much to ask this lil tin to do so much. Considering I’ve done other things, increased fluid intake and introduced minimal activity, I’ve lost 4pound and I’m into the 3rd week. Nearly at the end of the tin I am going to say it was this. I’m not sure, basically. I’ll share find out when, or if, the weight goes back on when I’ve finished. I won’t be getting a wnd tin thats for sure.

Taste was better than expected although I can’t say I noticed the effect on helping me to sleep all that much. Kept me on the toilet a bit more regularly though I must say!
