Have bought this product on numerous occasions, never had any of these effects that so many
complain about, the actual product give you a wide range of nutrients which can only do you good,
would recommend them no problem.

I was recommended these & I suffer from colds a lot so ordered them. I started with 2 a day as recommended but within 1-2 days I have the worst migraine I’ve ever experienced and nothing would shift it so I stopped taking them. I left it 3 weeks then tried again thinking maybe last time it was due to the fact I had my period when I started them and I can get migraines during this time.
Anyway I tried just 1 tablet a day this time around & by day 4 I again had very similar migraine and just as bad as the last time I was taking these so I’ve stopped them now. I think there’s too much in these vitamins and for me personally it’s triggering a migraine for some reason.

I think it’s working, going to be on my 3rd bottle and I do feel like I’ve got increased energy. The price has almost double from when the last time I bought it which is a shame really, doesn’t seem justified now with the amount per serving you get
