Well, I have been taking 1500mg of Glucosamine each day and it didn’t help my arthritic pain. It did give me a bad tummy so I stopped taking it. However these tablets only have 500mg which is fine. Mixed with the other supplements it seems to be helping. My arthritis is severe and I am crippled by it. This won’t get rid of the pain but it’s helping me enough to be able to walk around the house which I couldn’t do before. Early days but so far I would recommend.

Got an excellent deal on this but seems to have shot up in price since. Bought for ankle injury and weirdly regular migraines have stopped since taking this daily which was an added advantage! Maybe one of the supplements in it was lacking in my system but as a result will continue to buy.

I have been taking these for a while now think they are doing me good

Bought them for my mum. Definitely makes a difference for her if taken consistently. The human body is such that you only care about your movement and joints when they start becoming stiff or painful. So along with some cod liver oil and healthy eating, I think these definitely contribute to her being able to move around a little bit more freely.

These are quite big capsules which have a strong taste of tumeric which has taken me a while to be able to take without noticing the aftertaste so strong, they seem to work but I’ve only been taking them a couple of weeks but I am now able to take without feeling icky after, just a taste that I personally have originally struggled with but plenty value for money as there are 90 capsules and I did buy some basic glucosamine as I really couldn’t hack the taste at first but now I’ve gone back to these and it’s a similar taste to cardomon pods which I hate but it is hardly registering now I’ve got used to the taste of these capsules.
