It came as per the product label but the pictures made it look like it included Vitamin D3, which it doesn’t! Do read the product name carefully!

Cant see much difference with this, maybe slight increase in energy levels etc

A few months ago I became concerned about my finger nails which had become very weak. They seemed very soft, in fact the ‘pinky’ nails were breaking off part way down and were not growing at all. I was lucky to have tried the Natures Aid calcium tablets and by the time I had finished the pot my nails were significantly stronger! I am very pleased with the results and will continue to take them. They are quite large but I have developed the knack of taking them with a huge mouthful of water. Well worth it!

A good balance of important minerals which are hard to get up to 100% RDA via other means. Especially for vegetarians and non dairy folk.
Huge, seriously, huge tablets. Hard to swallow. And sit uneasily in the stomach.
Certainly overpriced in the marketplace.
Very unlikely to purchase this particular product in this form again.
Only recommended for those with whale size gullets.

I bought these to take before bed to help me sleep better. They didn’t make any difference I don’t think. I take 5tp instead now and that works great. They are big tablets, but I’ve. Ever had a problem with swallowing pills, no matter what size they are. I just glug them with a big gulp of water really fast and down the hatch. You’ve gotta not think about it and just swallow them, because it’s all int he mind and if you start stressing they’re too big, you’re throat will contract and you’ll choke.
