Good value. Plastic bottle. Large tablets.

As previous reviewers have noted, these are massive tablets and not the easiest to swallow. Do seem to help with the night cramps that I found might be related to a magnesium deficient diet and as I don’t do nuts these were the best alternative.

These are doing their job. Even though the tablets are quite large it is very easy to break them in half. Would buy again.

Extremely difficult to swallow, they’re probably the biggest pills i have ever had to take, massive ones i’m telling you.
I don’t know if the calcium in it is effective but the magnesium is.
Makes you fall asleep easier, takes the pain away, helps with bowel movement !!! .
