The 90 capsules arrived in a brown screw capped bottle with nice branding on, the label is nice and it has all the required information on it.
The formulation comprises of Peppermint leaf, Barberry root, Fennel seed, Ginger root, Senna leaf, Cascara bark, Turmeric and Clove buds.
I have been taking 2 tablets per day for 6 days now, I have noticed a decrease in bloating and I have been more regular over the course, I have also been drinking a lot more water each day so I imagine this has also helped, I love that the capsules are natural and made from vegetable cellulose and contain only herbal ingredients, without any fillers or additives.
Overall, the capsules are good quality, easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste, they help with bloating and my irregularities, not to be taken longer than 6 days straight, have a 7 day break and repeat if required, the video is very informative, thank you.

I’ve been struggling a little lately with my regularity, to put it gently for the benefit of strangers on the internet. Diverticular problems are slightly more complex than just ‘a blockage’, but the ability to give things a bit of a push down there, as it were, is very welcome.
And for that, these capsules are really remarkably effective- and promptly effective too. I wasn’t caught short, thankfully, but if you’re going to take these capsules, I’d definitely recommend doing it when you’re going to be in the comfort of your home for a while, and definitely not just before you’re about to set off on a car journey. For me, they have an effect within minutes. It feels like a fairly standard laxative effect, it’s hard to discern the ‘cleansing’ part of course, but let’s just say that you do come away feeling rather lighter and less bogged down.
The instructions say to take two initially, but then to use your own discretion to take between one and six tablets per day depending on your need. For me, two is certainly more than enough, and I’ll only feel the need to take them ‘on demand’, euphemistically speaking. I think six would floor me! But everyone’s needs are different, and the number of them you want or need to take in a day will determine how many day’s supply 90 capsules is. For me, where two capsules is easily enough, it’s a good long supply.
The capsules look and feel more like medical prescriptions than multivitamins or gummies you might eat for pleasure, but they’re not unpalatable. They’re medium-sized, OK for swallowing (something I struggle with with larger capsules), and if you do get a taste of them while swallowing, they have a surprisingly gingery tang to them which is actually fairly nice.
For a remedy that’s entirely herbal and not backed up with any ingredients that have lengthy chemical names, I was really surprised at how effective these are. They’re almost too effective, but not quite!
