Taking a gummy sweet for my daily vitamin top up is a much more pleasant way than my usual large pill format. I can definitely see this being beneficial for children and those who dislike taking tablets in general. The formulation % amounts do not meet the 100% recommended amounts for 2 gummies, however I would say this is not necessarily a bad thing as you will get other vitamins via actual food during the day. Any excess vitamins are simply not used by the body and wasted essentially, whilst over consuming vitamins only serves to put extra strain on your liver / kidneys whilst having other nasty side effects.
To summarise, I’d recommend these gummies as good balance of vitamins (not too excessively dosed), easy to take as sweet and chewy and price wise about average for the quantity per bottle.
Nu U Nutrition is a trusted brand and I also rely on them for many of the other micronutrient supplements I take.

I mean the taste is certainly something to get used to, very sharp especially towards the end of chewing but other than that it does have everything you could ask for in a multivitamin so I can see past that.

These have a perfectly fine fruity taste that is not sweet, they chew very easily and are easy to squish in your fingers.
It is worth noting that a daily dose is two gummies a day and that dose only gives you roughly 50% of your main vitamins and less then that of everything else so check the label for the amounts first.. This is to top up what you get from your food, not to replace it.

Does what it says on the tin and has probiotics added which I love but not mad on the taste which is why I marked it down one star. It’s not awful just not as sweet as other gummies I have been used to in the past.

The smell isn’t bad at all but is a bit deceiving. The taste better than they smell. And very easy to chew, doesn’t stick to the teeth. Quite a bit of sugar in them though for just two gummies.

Great value for money however why they made a gummie chewable multivitamin taste so bad I’ll never know I literally have to swollow them whole, have seen slight benefits tho just can’t stand the taste

Not sure about these, it’s really difficult to find a good multi vit. The vits are on the low side for me tbh. It took me a while to get used to the good bacteria my stomach was upset for a few days. Was okay after this. However, I will go back to using Alive.
