It works as intended with joint relief and a little added sleep benefit but if it is going to help you sleep you need to take 2 otherwise you wake up half way through the night it can also have additional bad dreams but should help with insomnia or sleeping issues

Took these and have greatly reduced my gout flare ups twice a day after dinner. Still have to watch diet of course and cut down on foods which trigger it (well in my case anyways). Appears to help keep

I thought I’d try these to see if they helped my chronic spinal pain. I had also read that tart cherry may aid sleep. Even before I had chronic pain I had usually taken hours to fall asleep and have tried every supplement going as my GP will only give me a small prescription for the strong sleeping tablets that work for me. I didn’t expect these to help at all, but hoped they may reduce my pain level slightly, they didn’t!
Within a week of taking these supplements I was falling asleep in half an hour or less…miraculous for me. In the three months I’ve been taking them I have only had a handful of nights where I toss and turn for hours before dropping off. Absolutely nothing else has changed so I can only put it down to taking these. I am here to order my second lot and fingers crossed they continue to help me as falling asleep so much quicker has seen a huge improvement in my mood and energy levels. So glad I tried them.
***update August 2022***
I ran out of these about two weeks ago and thought perhaps I would have gotten into the habit of falling asleep quickly after almost a year of taking them, I hadn’t! I sort of forgot about them TBH after a couple of days without them, however, I realised a couple of days ago that my terrible sleeping pattern of old had returned, that is – taking literally hours and hours to fall asleep – so I am here to re-order them as I now know without a doubt these definitely help me fall asleep within about 15 minutes 99% of the time. I highly recommend you try them if, like me, you lie awake for hours unable to drop off to sleep. They are amazing!

Have used other brands before which are as effective. These however are a lot cheaper and just as good. I take two a day to keep the swelling down and pain away

Was bought for relief to my joints. Didn’t work for me

I do not often write reviews, but I really felt I should review this product in the hope that someone else benefits as much as I seem to have done. For a few years now I have suffered ‘tech neck’ from hunching over a laptop all day (work). As I have aged, my joints have become achy and I have some mild arthritis in my knee. HOWEVER, since taking these for the past few months, I suddenly realised that I have no neck or shoulder aching whatsoever. I was struggling to undo my bra strap at night, which was getting really painful as my arm muscle ached so much. Again, I realised that for the past few weeks I can reach up and undo my bra with ease. I can only attribute these changes to montmercy cherry supplements as nothing else has changed either in my diet or my medication. I seriously can’t believe the difference, and would recommend anyone with ageing joints/arthritis to try this product. I really hope you have as much benefit as I seem to have.
