These are fab! Great to use as a prevents measure from gout. No symptoms that usually niggle when not taking cherry capsules. Easy enough to take and not bad value.

Cherries contain a lot of useful micronutrients but they aren’t available all year and the best nutrients come from the bitter ones so they are worth considering for the supplement cupboard. The value for money is reasonable, although note they want you to take 2 capsules a day. At least they make it very clear on the label unlike a lot of supplements. It it’s going to cost £56/year at the current price of £6.92. Overall deserves the thumbs up in my view.
