As someone who has always been slightly lactose intolerant, i wanted to give these a try and they haven’t disappointed. I take two before any dairy meal and i don’t get the bloating or other side effects i usually get with dairy. A bit of a funny taste before a savoury meal but not offensive. Would recommend to anyone who is having side effects when eating dairy!

I have moderate lactose intolerance and these do help stave off the cramping and the… worse symptoms. So long as I don’t go overboard. The taste is way too sweet for me though, like candy.

For what it does I’m happy. Stops me having nausea, and needing to eventually run to the toilet after ingesting high lactose products such as cheese etc. Does tend to make me a bit gassy instead but I’d take that over the other possibilities. It’s not a cure, but it means you can eat diary stuff you normally can’t without the worst side effects. Do give it a try. Quite a nice chewy raspberry flavour which makes me think of some childhood sweets. Almost like lovehearts but not as chalky.

Bought these as i’m severely lactose intolerant and they work amazingly, definitely worth the money and I will be buying them again

Bought these for my 16 year old, they haven’t been able to enjoy any food containing dairy. These have definitely helped can now enjoy small amounts of dairy like cheese on a pizza or a toasties. For large portion of dairy like bowl of ice cream they help but don’t completely prevent stomach pain and discomfort. Will be a regular buyer now.

I have tried other products such as 3000 FCC but did not give me the relief that Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Chewable has given, as it has 6000 FCC.
I would have given it 5 stars overall but the price was increased after I purchased it for the first time.
I will definitely buy it again.
Another thing to note was Milkaid took care of Lactose Intolerance, Flatulence, and Bloating but other products I tried did not take care of all 3 issues affecting me.
