Easy to chew and swallow. 60 tablets come in a fairly small bottle but I liked that as I can pop it in my handbag.

Being lactose intolerant, these have saved me from the expensive dairy free products. I can enjoy usual dairy products no matter how much dairy is included. The flavour is great too!

I get bloated, stomach ache and gassy, from just a yogurt, maximum I can have is a medium milkshake,
It didn’t stop the wind at all, but they did help a little with stomache ache, I’m not sure about the bloating that wasn’t my main concern

Very sensitive to lactose, even the slightest bit makes me poorly! Was super nervous to try these but so very glad I did! I can now enjoy all the things I’ve missed!
