Definitely help, I wouldn’t take these and then drink milk but they mean I can enjoy pizza again! They’re not a cure for lactose intolerance but prevent bloating and pain.
I’ve used other brands previously that did nothing for me but these are great. I’ve recommended to several friends who also said they help. Taste great too.

They help overall, you’ll certainly see a difference but you’ll still get a decent amount of the downsides unless you have very minor lactose intolerance.

I realised about a year ago that I was lactose intolerant, so I originally just cut out milk completely. I bought these a month ago and I am now able to consume products with milk in with zero issues. I am writing this review as I am just about to buy another batch. Would highly recommend.

I have lactose intolerance… they didn’t help me for some reason. It’s a shame because they taste a lot better than competitors offerings… unfortunately I won’t be buying again.

I tend to have stomach aches and breakouts all over my face and rashes on my body when I consume dairy but this pills have definitely reduced the impact of dairy on my body. And an added bonus they taste like raspberry sweets!

I’ve ordered these a few times now. Taste good, and really handy if you’re faced with eating something containing lactose. I carry half a dozen tables with me whenever I go out, and use them at home if I need a chocolate boost.
