The only drawback with this product is it’s very hard to swallow-quite a jagged feeling as it goes down and takes one or two goes to get it down. The same happens with the iron tablets of this brand. Otherwise a very good product.

I had some strange liver function results which were a concern as I’m not a heavy drinker but after taking three for about a fortnight I was retested and all was normal, not 100% it was these that helped but worth a go I’d say

Great really help with abdominal pain

I use milk thistle to ease Gallstone pain. It doesn’t clear it up but at night when the pain can be severe it does seem to lessen the sharpness and I am no longer terrified to get out of bed in the middle of the night in case I seize up with pain.
