I accidentally found out through some medical paperwork that I had liver disease.
I googled what NAFLD and was shocked to find out it stood for Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. In a telephone appointment the GP asked me when I was diagnosed with Liver Disease, I told him I wasn’t aware that I had. It had never ever been mentioned to me ever. Afterwards I remembered I had had a Gastric Bypass in 2016, nobody ever said anything to me or referred me to a Liver Specialist. So I googled the condition and found out that Milk Thistle helped with a struggling Liver. So I bought these and just hope they work. I will keep you updated.

I bought this as a substitute for the usual one I get and so far so good! It’s great value and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. I use it keep my liver healthy as a lifetime of meds reliance and it has certainly done that! So, would recommend this and the brand, if you wish to detoxify your liver.
