Excellent product BUT only use after everything else has failed. You should use normal laxative AND ALSO STOOL SOFTENER first. As a last resort sit on WC,lubricant nozzle,insert gently approx 2 inches up rectum,squeeze contents into rectum and within 15mins you should have explosive results. If no results after 30mins insert a second tube. Recommend staying in or VERY NEAR TOILET as when things start to move you have no or little time or control. Not to be taken regularly
