I purchased these on the strength of the ingredients and positive reviews to help with knee tendon pain. Firstly it has a good mix of vitamins, but I mostly got these for the collagen and hyaluronic acid. Both of these are vital components of collagen which makes up connective tissue such as tendons as well as skin.
I took these for a month, but found no help for my knees unfortunately. That isn’t necessarily due to the product. It seems like a good product and has helped others, so I think it’s worth a try. Maybe I didn’t take it long enough or maybe only 1g of collagen isn’t enough for me. The collagen is derived from wild fish which is desirable to avoid antibiotics and steroids.
I would recommend that people try this for joints and skin, just didn’t help me unfortunately.

Only been taking these a week ,but have noticed subtle positive ,changes already! I take them with food ,in the morning with my probiotic.they are large ,but personally ,I don’t find this an issue . The reason for my purchase, was I have mild rosacha .ive always looked after my skin but as I’m in the menupause my rosacha decided to return after an 8year remission ! The jawline pimples I got due to my rosacha have receded quite quickly , and it has reduced the week long attack I had ! Even after a week ,my skin appears more firmer and the slight eye lines I had appear visibly reduced .i did on the first day get a heavy stomach feeling ,but that was the only day it disappeared and have so far had ,no issues it’s still early days so time will tell if I see further improvement with wrinkles etc .i have noticed I appear less tired ,and have a lot more energy .

I have only taken one tablet per day instead of the 2 as stated so may take a bit longer for noticeable improvement, but I have noticed an improvement in my arthritis with slightly less joint pain, not really seen any change in skin but nails are definitely stronger and growing faster. I have however noticed an improvement in my IBS symptoms and energy levels and as I take in the evening I appear to be sleeping better. I would recomend and I will be continuing with the having just received my second bottle.

I saw a woman with *beautiful* skin and I asked her what she used to acheive such a lovely complexion. My skin was looking a bit lack lustre, a bit grey, with regular breakouts. It just looked tired. I was really jealous of this woman’s complexion and wanted the same for my own. She kindly told me that she took a marine collagen supplement. I immediately started researching and felt this brand offered the most. I bought the first bottle just to see if it could make a difference. I was stunned when, after two weeks, my skin began to resemble the look of that woman’s skin. It started to look clearer and more radiant. After three weeks, I was getting fewer breakouts and started to feel a little lift in overall energy. I’m now on my fifth bottle! My skin has never looked so good. I have no breakouts at all and it looks really bright and radiant. My energy is more steady. I’ve also noticed that my hair is growing a little faster and is very, very shiny. I used to suffer with spitting nails but this has completely resolved. I’m really impressed with this supplement (I’m not really into supplements) and have it delivered on a subscribe monthly order so I don’t run out. I cannot recommend this product enough, especially if you feel your skin has lost its lustre and your hair is dull or your nails are weak. Give it a try and I’m sure you’ll love it!

I understand that products work for some and sometimes not for others. However if you’re thinking of trying a marine collagen product I highly recommend this.
I’m a huge sceptic. I also have ME and have tried numerous supplements. This latest addition to my rattling insides has provided the biggest boost for me in terms of energy when actually I really only started researching it for better skin and hair.
Improvements for me have been quick – over a few weeks. I assumed I’d have to take a supplement long term to see any results so I’m quite surprised. I’m getting noticeabley less spots, my skin is smoother, my hair is getting shiny again and, completely unexpectedly, my long term eczema is clearing up; it’s visibly disappearing not just marginally better.
I’m so grateful that this isn’t another snake oil product and desperately hope they get stock back more regularly. I don’t ever want to run out – it makes that much of a difference to me.
In terms of how this product affects me – I also take probiotics, omega 3s and 6s, biotin, B12 patches and immune support from a range of sellers. So there could be a cumulative effect perhaps, however the boost in energy, skin and hair has been in line with adding this to my regime. I’ve not tried any similar products before so I can’t compare to collagen powder or other peer products.
I have not received or been offered anything free or any endorsement for this review – I rarely even write reviews but this product deserves one.

I’ve tried all kinds of nail undercoats in my quest for natural, long nails but they’d always break once they got to a certain length, which was really irritating.
This collagen has completely changed that, however.
I’ve only been taking it for a few months, too (you obviously have to give it a bit of time with nails) and to be honest I’m still a bit stunned!
My nails are definitely stronger and they haven’t broken, which is a first for me after years of trying to grow them.
I see little cracks in the upper nail layers but my nails don’t break like they always have before. Taking this product is the only thing I’ve changed.
I agree with others, too, that I have more energy and it’s done wonders for my skin, too.
The fact the fish is ethically sourced was what made me go for this product , plus the fact that they use collagen 1 & 3.
This product is wonderful. If you want more energy better skin and fantastic nails, definitely give this a go.
