The doctor said these do not do anything but I took these for two months and then I stopped them for a week. When I take them my knees are good but when I stopped them my knees started to hurt. So for me they work.

My 80yo mum has been taking this for over 3 years now and she is loyal to this product as she always asks me to send her this
