The product was delivered promptly. By mistake, the advertised plug was missing in the package, however, the seller’s response and action to replace it was excellent. To my satisfaction, the missing item was delivered within a day. The drops seems to elevated the problem. I would recommend the seller and the product.

Ear drops work well and you can feel it working in ear my only complaint did not come with earplug and it states comes with one free earplug
