It says to put under the tongue, it takes ages to dissolve and I usually end up chewing by mistake. A great way to take B12 though.

I Would definitely recommend these. This is the second time I have purchased these and they really do seem to work. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I definitely noticed the difference when I ran out. The only thing I would say is that it would be good if they came in a slightly stronger strength. I found stronger B12 tablets online but they weren’t sublingual which is what really makes the difference but I suppose you could take another one in the evening if needed. overall very good value for money.

If your like and cannot absorb VitB12 these sublingual tablets are just a great way of getting enough of the vitamin. Easy to take just pop it under your tongue and forget about it, it melts away in a short time.

I bought these because they were cheaper than the other sub-lingual tablets I had seen/used before. They are supposed to taste of cherry but I could taste nothing. They are small and hard and take about 20-30 minutes to dissolve under the tongue if left alone. I think 10 minutes would be preferable particularly as they are without flavour. I considered returning the items but the main reason for having them is the B12 so I will work my way through 365 and then go back to the more expensive, quicker dissolving , orange flavoured versions sold elsewhere on Amazon.
