Easy opening pack ideal

Was posted through my door while out , so ideal .I`ve only been taking these for a couple of weeks so no way to tell how well they are working yet. A couple of points to note , they are rather big and I have swallowing difficulties , also , they are not coated and they are quite powdery , so my hand comes out coated in dust when reaching in to get a tablet. I actually prefer tablets with a coating , as this helps to prevent them getting stuck in my gullet .

I have had trouble sleeping for the last few months and these tablets have saved me already.
I’ve only taken these for a little while but I can tell on the nights I have taken them, one hour after taking it, I get blissfully sleepy and drift into sleep with no problems.
The best way for me to describe the feeling is like a nightcap in a tablet – absolutely wonderful, my restless legs are no more, will 100% be ordering again!
