We got these for my brother who has nasty gout flare ups. He took them for 3 months, 2 capsules at a time; he felt no difference whatsoever and decided not to continue. We started him on the actual celery juice.

i was told that celery seed was good for gout. i was getting attacks of gout last year and started taking celery seed in december and thankfully i have not had any attacks since. i take celery seed capsule everyday and as i am not able to buy them in the outer hebrides i order with amazon and have them delivered in 2 or 3 days.
