Bought this for its natural ingredients and the fact that it’s a female-founded business – absolutely love the story behind Lila’s. It came beautifully packaged (almost felt like I had gifted this to myself, and boy was it a treat!). I felt instantly relaxed and frankly enjoyed the smell. Highly recommend it, must try!

I purchased the Lilas essential oil roller / migraine stick over a month ago and have been very impressed by it. It has proven to be very effective at providing relief from headaches and migraines with only a little bit of a dab required on the temples and forehead. I have not often had luck with essential oils for head pain before so I’m glad I’ve found a solution that doesn’t just rely on medication for pain relief.

I get stress headaches and have noticed that have been getting headaches more frequently in the afternoons. I dont like taking painkillers for my migraines, headache pain, given how often they come on. Painkillers do not always work for my pain. This essential oil roller worked for my headaches and migraines (as long as I use the migraine stick early enough). Love that I can just pop it into my handbag and have it on the go, but most important I love that it actually works for me!
