I got these to help me focus at work more…. They seem to be doing the trick, but don’t take them too late in the day as they could keep you up past your bedtime

Whoah, took 2 in the day on an empty stomach as I usually do OMAD and fast all day.
After feeling like absolute crap and not being able to focus and get any work done sat at my laptop all day, took these bad boys and boom, I was way!
I have tried numerous nootropics and caffeine pills and every vitamin you can imagine and not one single thing has been as effective as this has. I just hope it lasts and does not plateau.

I have recently started a fitness program, it was suggested to me to take amino acids to help with recovery after exercise.
The amino acids I have been using are capsules ( 120 in a box) it is advised to take 1-2 a day.
They are fine to take and digest.

This is an excellent quality supplement.
It’s easy to swallow, has no taste to it.
This amino acid is helpful in the formulation of neurotransmitters including dopamine which is a happy hormone.
