Arrived very quickly, a lovely case to hold everything, good pair of sunglasses that do the job of keeping your eyes safe. I bought for myself and my dog but not tried it on the dog yet. I have used it on my feet and hands ( I have arthritis all over) and i do believe it has made some difference, my feet don’t feel as stiff and don’t ache as much, the swelling in my wrist has gone down and my fingers move easier. I have also used it on my knees, at first following the instructions for the time but the pain seemed to get worse. Now, my knees are really bad, so it could have been something else that upset them but I am trying the laser for less time and not as many applications to see if it does help or at least not make things worse. So still under review and four stars for now until I see what happens.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and we run a small animal rescue taking in animals with medical conditions and additional needs. I’d heard many good things about Laser therapy but the price for clinic time is eye watering. I was skeptical about home lasers but thought I’d give it a try. It’s worked wonders. I’ve used it on my knees and the swelling decreased in days rather than the usual weeks. We’ve seen the same results with our animals too. One of our guinea pigs has the worst arthritis our exotic vet has ever seen but since using this his swelling has dramatically reduced, his range of motion increased and whitin 2 days he popcorned for the first time ever since we’ve had him. One of our rabbits had a cut that just wouldn’t heal and within a few short days it had completely calmed and began to heal. Very much worth the money and I’d heartily recommend to anyone.

Bought this for my dogs arthritic back leg
Since using this we have most definitely seen a difference so it most certainly works in the deep tissues

I have a reoccurring Achilles Tendon injury.
End of Jan 22 the injury flared up again after three years of being ok.
I do a lot of walking in the Lake District etc.
I used this device along with a TENS machine I purchased ages ago.
Using both devices my tendon got slightly better.
But by mid/end of Feb 22 I was still in pain and limping.
I went to see a local physio who used various devices and massage and it got better.
I told him about this Red Light device and my TENS and he said to use it along with his treatment.
I spent £300 on physio treatment end of Feb to mid March, then I stopped.
I have since continued with this device and my TENS.
Only now as of writing this, 30th March, is my tendon starting to ‘normalised’ again.
So it’s hard to tell if this device is actually any good.
On its own I’d say no.
But combined with other treatments as I did then perhaps yes.
That’s why I have given it 3 stars
