Really good cream. I had really itchy soars under both my arms which after a couple of days started burning badly. Got hydrocortisone cream from pharmacy and that worked at first but then it came back with revenge , even though I was still using it. Found this stuff on Amazon and can’t believe how fast it works. Immediate relief and completely gone after three days of using twice a day . Definitely would recommend.

Brilliant, I have tried other products to get rid of a terrible fungal infection on my big toe caused by antibiotics. This (and some probiotics) took care of the infection! It’s the best!

My wife bought this for me as I had been suffering with a very itchy scrotum on and off for some months.
The container is small but you can use the cream sparingly. It has a strange but not unpleasant smell and is a little soft and oily to the touch but it spreads easily. The first few times I spread it on I had a fairly strong sensation, but not sure if it felt like my balls had been set on fire or dipped in ice. Either way, it was not too painful and after about ten minutes it completely subsided. I applied it about two to three times a day.
As the problem started to clear, which it did within a week or so, the sensation when applying the cream reduced considerably, which I think was because the healing process reduced the sensitivity. After about two weeks the problem has all but disappeared. I get a very occasional minor itch now and apply a small amount of cream for a day, which does the trick.
From my experience I think it is wonderful and I hardly used much cream to solve the problem, so plenty left in case I need it in the future. Also, the cream washes off your fingers under cold water, so doesn’t leave an oily residue.

I wish I could add a before and after photo to demonstrate the benefits of this product, but my wife won’t take them, nor let me do my own. This product is great. My once spotty and itchy nether regions, plagued with jock rash, are now smooth and blemish free. I can, once again, wear the figure hugging underwear which I enjoy, without fear of an evening of nagging as I rub violently at my crotch. The red itchy spots are gone, like puddles on a Summer day, and both my wife and I can once more take pleasure in the scenery down under. The itching is gone, and the only manual adjustment required is for pleasure or to resolve the issue of sitting too rapidly. As I watch my friends scratch vigorously, I can stand tall, smug in the knowledge that not only is my wife proud of me for my restraint, but I have a much better chance of getting some later. Men. Treat your jock rash – your genitals will be forever grateful.

If you suffer from itching this is a must have. Instant relief. I suffer from HS and this helps soothe the boils and stops them from getting bigger or bursting. They just go away after a few uses. This is honestly life changing for me. If you suffer from HS and have tried everything – try this. Best thing is it’s all natural.

I’ve been suffering badly from jock itch for around 5 years. I love to hike and do loads of cardio in the gym. I developed an itch in my bum and perineum. I took worm tablets! I tried anti-itch cream and a range of other oils and creams that helped relieve the itch but never seemed to work. I can honestly say this is the only thing that stopped it dead.
