This gel pads are really helping to calm your headaches/migraines and are easy to use, they attach to your front head and stay on, and when you remove them , they din’t leave any residue. If you only use one pad for a little while, you can put that back in the pouch, attach the little plastic that comes with it and you can re-use it.

These are fantastic – I use them for headaches, panic attacks and as a way to cool down when the weather is hot! They are so cooling and help to ease any headaches. They also help calm me down when I feel hot and flustered.
Back in summer, there were nights I wouldn’t have been able to sleep without one of these! Highly recommend, will have a steady supply in my cupboard forever
