- Each Kira Restful Sleep tablet contains 300mg of extract ( as dry extract ) from Valerian root (valeriana officinalis L.) (3-6:1) (equivalent to 900 – 1800 mg of valerian root).
- Take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, you can take an additional dose earlier in the evening. Swallow the tablets whole with water or other liquid, and do not chew.
