- Recommended for children on restricted diets low in vitamin B12. Each tablet provides 2.5µg (100% NRV) of vitamin B12 in methylated version: Methylcobalamin. Our Vitamin B12 Tablets come in an easy to swallow size for adults. We use no coating on our B12 tablets hence vitamin is easily bound to intrinsic factor in the stomach which is crucial for further B12 absorption in the ileum of the small intestine.
- Vitamin B12 is necessary to the normal function of the immune system, nervous system and normal psychological function, red blood cell formation, energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Directions: Children 3 to 9 years of age: one tablet daily, children from 10 years of age: two tablets daily. Place the tablet under the tongue to dissolve. Tablet can be also chewed. Designed for children of safe chewing age and older.

Great , I highly recommend these to every parent.
I have 2 very anxious children and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is the difference in their anxiety .
It’s certainly calmed down a lot. They also have more energy in the morning & sleep better of an evening .
I began to notice a lessening in their really bad anxiety on about day 3 , by day 10 I had 2 very calm , put together kids .

Fro an adult, would be fine but for a “kids” vitamin, not so much. My 4 year old hates them and I tried one to see myself and it wasn’t very pleasant. I didn’t want the gummies as they are bad for teeth so it gets points on that perspective, but if she won’t eat them, they aren’t much use to me.

I am not giving this 5 stars as, like with other reviewers I noticed there was 60 and not 90 on the box which makes you wonder if they are the genuine article. However I did notice my child seemed better tempered and less tired leaving me to believe they are what they say they are.

Fab item ,my 9year old daughter had trouble swallowing these at the start but this was short lived and now find it easy.

If your little one is prone to insect bites such as mosquitos start this and they’ll leave them alone! Ours was so sensitive if in the garden would be bitten to pieces then have huge itchy lumps for days. But since starting these regularly he hardly gets bitten anymore. Amazing!
