In my opinion the ingredients are brilliant. Price is great. I was so happy to buy them. However, even though the capsules are quite a bit smaller than regular sized adult capsules none of my kids could swallow them. Opening up and mixing it with anything did not help as the kids said it tasted absolutely horrendously. So only buy is your kids can swallow pills with ease.

I never write reviews, busy with my two autistic kids. But I believe this product deserves much better rating than the current 3 stars. I am feeling much better taking the ingredients myself in an adult “format”, but there is not so much for the young ones.I am so happy to find something full of goodness as my children’s diet is so limited, as they can’t cope with textures smells and strong flavours easily. (I did not let them smell it, seaweed not too nice.). I believe it is worth trying, especially for the price. So many more expansive, “chemical” brands out there. Organic, real food (superfoods like Spirulina and Baobab) with probiotics so needed to balance ASD and ADHD children. My kids 8 and 10 (not sure about very little kids) managed to swallow the little capsules with plenty of water!! 🙂 So lucky! I was prepared to bribe them, to offer some treat if they finish the bottle, it’s too important to manage to get something this healthy into them..Will buy the G&G fish oil for children too. Glad to find this company.

I have found it difficult to find vitamins without sugar for my daughter to take.
She never likes the taste on the liquids.
These capsules are small enough for her to swallow so they get a thumbs up from me!

I love everything about this product, it is literally the perfect Natural and Organic supplement to give your child/grandchild or take yourself.
1) Its full of a whole heap of goodness, all natural and organic that you or your child/ren wouldn’t generally get but could actually do with,
2) It has the recommended amounts of vitamins etc that are suitable for your childs daily needs and/or as an extra for yourselves,
3) It is in such a tiny capsule it is really easy for most people to take and if not, open it, drop contents into a drink, smoothie, milkshake or even on a small amount of food, yogurt maybe, mix it up and its gone within seconds,
4) This contains no sugar, it does not replicate some kind of sweet, it does not have any unnatural additives or flavours or fillers or bulking agents, or any nasties that you wouldn’t want to take or give your little precious’s,
5) The price is probably the cheapest just about anywhere ( we have looked everywhere for something like this to beat it on price and cant ), for what it is and contains great stuff and works out to the lowest per capsule and as a reorder monthly you receive a small discount, which is always good,
6) These capsules are so easy to take with you if traveling because they are so tiny you can pack a good few away in a little container for when your children and/or you need them and they are quite robust that they will not dissolve to easy if they get a little wet or damp,
7) I think and in my opinion ( myself, 49 year old female, one daughter 29, one son 28, another daughter 27 and a grandson 8 take these ), are a very smart safe option for children and adults ( and they do work as we have noticed a difference when taking them ) and at a great affordable price,100% recommended.

I open the capsule and add its content to juice, blend it with an electric hand blender for immediate consumption. Because my daughter’s cough never returned I started taking them as well. We’ve been using this vitamin for several months now and purchased our 3rd bottle. Put simply it’s the best multivitamin my daughter has taken because with the cough being gone she no longer needs to use an inhaler. Who wants to keep giving steroids to their kids? Nevermind the taste. If you blend it with juice and consume straight away you won’t notice it.

Aah. I was delighted to see this product as my daughter is a very fussy eater and I worry she isn’t getting all the necessary nutrients.
Packaging is eye catching! Comes presented in a box.
.. The taste and smell.. Hmm.. I don’t know what could be done to improve both, but my daughter wasn’t happy when she put them in her mouth. In fact, she cried quite a bit.
So to see if she was holding up a drama, I tried them for myself… Yup. I completely understood her emotions.
So.. Not for us, but we think it’s the concept is a fabulous idea!

My children dislike sweet chewable tablets or liquids, and I dislike lots of artificial ‘fillers’. These tablets are small and easy for a child to swallow and my children are happy to take them daily (4 and 6). These are my go to multivitamin for children.
