My 12 year old son has been through a tough time mentally lately, he also is undiagnosed adhd possibly odd. I needed something to help him calm and relax and at that point I was willing to give anything a try. To start with he took them everyday, he says they started to work after around 5 days. He’s been taking them on and off for 2 months nearly and I hear him say ‘I’m feeling really energetic, I’m going to take my tablets”. Could be placebo could actually work. In his head they work, he sleeps better and does calm down. I will buy them again

So after 5 years of my son (potential ADHD) not sleeping, I tried these last night!
Honestly in shock! Gave him 2 at 6pm and he went to bed at 7.30, asleep an hour later and only got up at 11pm for the toilet and straight back to bed until 8am!
He is usually awake till 11-12 and consistently out of bed before hand and then wakes all night and comes into my bed!
Please give them a try!!!!

Bought for my autistic boy , he doesn’t like them chewed as the aftertaste is a little chalky , however I have one with him twice a day and we suck them to see who’s dissolves the fastest . Game changer and they taste better this way .
He is also sleeping better which is always a bonus .

Work well both my girls used to not sleep till midnight
Since using these they now are asleep by 8/9 (give the tablets at 7pm)

My son has trouble getting off to sleep. These absolutely help. he now gets out of bed less than before and falls asleep much sooner. It’s not a miracle cure but I have noticed a difference and will order again

My children hate it. I tried it and didn’t liked it too. I would prefer to slow it if the taste is not nice. It tastes like chalk.
