Bought to help an ASD ADHD child in combination with vitamins and Magnesium it has already made a positive change.

I’ve taken L-Theanine for a few years myself to help me relax but never thought about it helping my daughter. She has ADHD, anxiety and is being tested for ASD. When I saw other reviews on here I thought they must be worth trying. As others have stated, the melt downs and crying immediately reduced to almost none and she’s become significantly less anxious and more confident. Concentration has improved slightly however others have said it takes a few weeks to become apparent and we are only 1 week in. One other thing to note, she’s become very chatty since taking these although I’m happy to answer a 100 questions instead of dealing with meltdowns!
Update – no change in terms of attention at all however the reduced melt downs means we are now buying our 3rd pack of these.

6 year old has taken these for 6 months and although we haven’t noticed much change he is doing better at school. It’s hard to say if that’s due to these or his new teacher. He swallows them happily enough.

I have been giving this to my 6yo daughter for last 5 months. And i have not seen any difference at all !! Her focus is only changed when i start giving her almonds instead of this. So i rather avoid this medicine.

I bought these for my son who is SEN, so far we have noticed he has had fewer melt downs in school and seems generally happier in himself.
We take these in combination with the Methyl Bs and Magnesium, as I’ve read separately that they are also supposed to help with some of the behavioural/social problems he is struggling with. All 3 combined seem to be making a positive impact.
He doesn’t seem to like the taste too much, but it’s not bad enough for him to refuse, we just give him water or juice to help.
I love that there are smiling children on the front as we now call them our happy vitamins.
I’m disappointed they aren’t on the subscribe and save option on amazon, but regardless I will be buying again 🙂
