I find them very easy to swallow, no stomach aches.

The taste of these small ‘pellets’ are awful. They taste like what I imagine a rusty bumper would taste like if you licked it! I’m pretty adept at knocking back a supplement nice and swiftly, yet despite the fraction of a second this hits the tongue the taste is extremely strong. I got these specifically due to them being quite high in iron compared to more known brands, as I suffer from low iron and the associated fatigue but I’m not sure the taste is worth the extra nutrients. I also think the packaging and label looks a bit cheap. I am unlikely to purchase again but you may be OK with them.

Easy to swallow does cause some stomach upset as all iron tablets do for me but I do like they are not as difficult as the capsules and do not have that taste.

Before taking these tablets I would feel fatigued and generally quite weak, all the symptoms of low iron. After taking these daily for the last couple of weeks I have noticed a huge improvement. I am no longer tired throughout the day and no longer get light headed, my skin looks a better colour too!

First off, I have had no issues with swallowing these or with the taste etc. As to them actually doing anything, that’s trickier. Some days I do feel less tired, others not so. I certainly don’t feel like a ‘new man’ or anything like that!
I guess the only way to be sure of their efficacy would be to have before and after blood tests to actually measure the iron, B12, folic levels etc. I guess the only thing to do is to see if I feel noticeably worse when not taking them after I have run out. Jury’s out, but this would be the same with any other brand as well I guess.

I have suffered for years with low iron levels and due to health issues I have always found iron tablets to be particularly problematic for me to take, as a result my consultant has sent me for iron infusions right up until the pandemic began which left me with a dilemma.
After much too-ing and fro-ing when my iron levels plummeted earlier this year I decided to give these tablets a try, mainly because they claimed to be gentle on the stomach, vegan, high strength and also contain other vitamins to help absorption.
I have been taking these for just short of a month and it didn’t take long for me to notice a difference in my energy levels, within a fortnight I was transformed from a half dead sad creature who just did not have the energy to peel itself off the sofa after work each day to a more human-like creature who actually has some energy left after work along with a renewed interest for life.
On a final note, these tablets claim to be gentle on the stomach and I can say that I have had no issues whatsoever taking them.
