I ordered these and vitamin B12 (same brand) and started taking them at the same time, I feel so much better – not tired and worn out, I also feel like I look more alert as well so I really think somethings working!! Not sure whether it’s a mixture of both or one of them is doing me good. So cheap as well, defo going to order more.

I checked and there were 180 tablets in my pack which I was pleased with – no short-changing here! Very small, tasteless tablets that are easy to swallow. I got these because I’m constantly tired and legarthic after switching to a vegetarian diet – hoping they give me energy but I don’t know how well the tablets actually work yet because I’ve only recently bought them. They are apparently Vegan Society approved so I can only imagine that means the iron is non-heme iron (which is what I wanted). Be sure to take these tablets with some vitamin C like from an orange because that helps with absorption. The only thing that lets this product down so far is the ridiculous packaging! The bottle was sealed which was reassuring, but the bottle was absolutely huge compared to the tablets it held – such as massive waste of plastic!! You could fit about 500 or more of these tablets in a bottle this size – please rectify this!

This product is a bottle of 90% air and 10% tablets. Why is the bottle so big? You can make these into pretty good musical shakers. The tablet themselves are small which make it easy to swallow. I haven’t had the opportunity to taste the tablet as I swish it down immediately. I prefer if the bottle was smaller as it’d be travel handy.

The jar when opened was only about 10% full of very small tablets. My doctor gave me iron tablets that were large capsules. I wonder if the iron content of these is the same as the doctors and why the large jar for such a small quantity.
