Great product, eyes feel nicely lubricated once the drops are in and the effects last for hours. There’s the rub the bottle feels like it’s empty and you have to ‘pump’ from the base to get a drop of lube. This is not easy and with glasses off I’m not quite sure when ready to put in my eye. It has become a touchy feely kind of operation. Would I buy it again? Probably as the product itself makes a huge difference, my eyes haven’t felt as good in a very long time.

Not sure the product was not tampered with. There was no cap on the bottle, the box appeared to have been opened before.

Not easy to dispense but I never find eye drops easy.
Recommended by my optician along with the night cream. Seemed good at first but I am giving them a break for a day or two as one of them seems to be irritating my eye more – possibly the cream as I woke up with a sore eye.
UPDATE am using drops only and eyes are great

This has a pump not a dropper which allows more control over how much is used.
The eye specialist told me it would last about six months, using it morning and night.
I have dry eye (level 3 which is pretty bad) from too much computer use and felt some relief within 24 hours. My eyelids used to ‘stick together’ when I woke up in the morning but now it’s easier for them to open.
I feel as though I want to use more but I’m following the recommended dose.
There are other versions of this eg Hycosan Plus but I don’t know how they compare.
You also need to make lifestyle changes and not rely on just the eye drops.
Recommendations made to me included less computer work, drinking more water (not tea, squash is okay) and using a warm compress over my eyes morning and night.
I gave four stars because I can’t yet tell how the health of my eyes will improve.
